Located in Sevenoaks we are a highly responsive block and estate management company that provides regular, honest and transparent communication with all Resident Management Companies (RMC’s), Right to Manage Companies (RTM’s), Freeholders and Developers. We provide a quality one on one service with integrity, we understand that your property is either your home or your investment and we can tailor a service to suit you.

What We Do....

We provide compliance with mandatory legislation, deliver all types of maintenance and repair works to buildings, gardens and communal areas. Arrange all applicable insurances, prepare and collect service charges and assist with realistic budgeting. Our approach is one of common sense with an appropriate challenge of costs where necessary.


We consider your property an asset that should be treated as such, which is why we provide a one on one service with you and personally manage contractors as well as our own team of groundsmen and cleaners ensuring direct control of quality.


We don’t say we communicate and visit regularly - we actually communicate and visit regularly.

What you get....

The following services are included in our agreed annual management fees:

Prepare in advance an annual service charge budget for approval by the RMC and/or directors.

Forecast the reserves required for major works and cyclical maintenance.

Collect service charges, and arrears, as set in out the terms of the lease.

Manage and monitor cash flow and expenditure throughout the year in coordination with directors.

Arrange buildings insurance and administer claims when necessary.

Attend the property/block frequently to ascertain the general condition and update our report.

Respond to all matters concerning repairs to the structure of the building(‘s) and maintenance to the communal areas and to promptly arrange remedial repair work.

Arrange and monitor contracts for regular maintenance (cleaning, grounds maintenance etc).

Ensure all contractors are aware of their duties and are appropriately insured and qualified to carry out the relevant works.

Arrange and attend an AGM, with all residents.

Respond to general enquiries from residents.

Provide all owners with an annual expenditure report with all associated receipts and invoices available for inspection to ensure transparency.
